"Every RON song tells a story, but not in a straightforward way. Her lyricism often feels like poetry set to music, encouraging listeners to reflect and find their own meanings. This storytelling is amplified by her mastery of instrumentation—whether it’s the warm groove of a bassline, the unexpected lift of a saxophone solo, or the rhythmic pulse of her piano playing.
Her arrangements are crafted with care, often layering subtle details that reveal themselves more with each listen. This is music you don’t just hear; you feel it.: - 9LOUNGES
"Catchy pop atmosphere, slow and driving rhythm is something you get attached right away. Her voice is something every listener needs to focus on, beautiful, strong, leads this song perfectly. Production is crystal clear, arrangement is done so well, keeps the songs momentum with every second played, making every listener hooked" - Nagamag Magazine
“Nightmare is a hyper-emotional piano ballad. It's extremely soft and somber, and the vocals have a breathiness and softness, but there's a lot of emotion behind them. They have a waver to them that resounds with hurt, and the harmonies and layering pack just the right hit. It explores the pain and difficulty that comes from losing a father at a young age. Overall, it's packed with relatability for those who have experienced the same but can still pull on the heartstrings of others.” - Pop Fad Blog
"RON's "Fragile Bones" is a powerful reflection on loss and its complex emotions, such as guilt, anger and denial. Written after the death of her father when she was 16, the song combines intense emotional charge with an engaging beat and striking groove, creating an atmosphere that transcends mourning.
By transforming his dark experiences into art, RON offers listeners not only a space to reflect on their pain, but also a chance for healing and resilience." - Music For All
